LCPS REQUIRES all athletes to have a physical on file to participate in out-of-season workouts.
NOTE: For those that have a current account, but need to add a new student, you will need to click "Register" under the "Registration History" tab on your profile, and then enter your new student athlete's information. DO NOT add a new student by selecting "Add Family Member," as this will create issues with the registration system and you will need to restart the process.
Physical Examination
Students registering for athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the athletic department before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and turned in to the Athletic Department Office no later than 5 school days prior to the first day of practice/tryouts.
Physicals are valid from May 1 of the previous school year until June 30th from the date of the last exam.
